DO THESE T SHIRTS HAVE AT LEASE 40% OF POLYESTER IN THEM?

No most of the colors are 100% cotton. For higher sublimation shirts for kids you can check out the PC380Y (youth) and the 1310 for toddlers.

Do I have to buy large quanities. what is the price on 2 doz?
A:
No you can buy any quantity you want. 2 dozen can be as low as $60.
