• Use a Heat Press: For optimal results, we recommend using a heat press.
• Pre-Press Garment: Pre-press for 5-10 seconds to eliminate moisture and wrinkles.
• Optimal Pressing Temperatures: Press at 300-320°F for cotton or blends, and 260-280°F for polyester, for 10-15 seconds. With our Hot Peel functionality you can wait till warm instead of cooled. But for best results we recommend to cool completely before peeling.
• Post-Peel Texture: The design may feel slightly sticky and thick after peeling; this is normal.
• Final Press Magic: After peeling, re-press for 5-10 seconds to secure your design. Experiment with teflon or parchment for varied effects.

  • Image quality issues when using a 300 DPI image
  • Adherence issues

• Image Requirements: Use images with a minimum of 300 dpi in PNG, SVG, or JPEG format.
• Image Quality Caution: Enlarging a 300dpi image may result in pixelation. Be cautious of size changes.
• Color Conversion Note: Color shifts may occur when converting to CMYK for DTF printing.
• Image Preparation: Do not mirror images. Use transparent or no backgrounds unless the background is part of the design.
• Font and Line Recommendations: Maintain a minimum size of 7.5px/0.25" for small fonts or thin lines for clear printing.
• Design Considerations: Avoid neon, gradients, and soft edges for more accurate DTF printing.
• Print Fidelity: We print exactly what we receive. Check spelling, placement, and image quality beforehand.

Upper Chest Series (UCS)

• Standard Upper Chest: 8.3" x 5.8" (landscape) / 5.8" x 8.3" (portrait)
• Extended Across Chest: 11.7" x 4.25" (landscape) / 4.25" x 11.7" (portrait, stretches from top to mid-shirt)

Central Display Range (CDR)

• Prominent Middle: 11.7" x 8.3" (landscape) / 8.3" x 11.7" (portrait)
• Full Vertical Stretch: 5.85" x 16.5" (extends from top to near bottom of shirt)

Large Impact Designs (LID)

• Dominant Chest: 11.7" x 11.7"
