A: No it is not a 12 pack of the lunch bags for $7.83, the cooler is ideal for a 12-pack of cans they call that.

Measurements taken with garment laid flat:

Shoulder Measured straight across from one shoulder seam to the opposite shoulder seam.

Chest Measured straight across from one underarm seam to the other (pit-to-pit).

Body Length Measured vertically from the top center to the bottom edge on the back side, as the back is slightly longer.

Sleeve Length Measured from the top edge of the sleeve straight down to the bottom edge.
