It's easy to make returns

Login to your account and create a request with order number, name, company name, the SKU #, color/size of the items, and reason for your return.
Our representatives will contact you with instructions. Ship the items back using the prepaid label provided within 101 days of your purchase.
Once the items are received and verified, a refund will be issued within approximately 7 business days.

Any claims for lost, missing, or damaged items must be made within 10 days of order shipment. Please note that masks are not returnable due to safety reasons. Also, Richardson brand products & orders to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be returned.
