The hats appear to be well made. I like the lightweight of the hat. I used these for a local police department and the officers loved them. They were easy to press the tri color acrylic patches I made.

Why do printed colors look different than my screen?

Screens use RGB. Printing uses CMYK. Some colors may appear slightly different in real life — this is normal in professional printing.

Shoulder Measured straight across from one shoulder seam to the opposite shoulder seam.

Chest Measured straight across from one underarm seam to the other (pit-to-pit).

Body Length Measured vertically from the top center to the bottom edge on the back side, as the back is slightly longer.

Sleeve Length Measured from the top edge of the sleeve straight down to the bottom edge.
