A:Any file type - yes jpg is accepted, any artwork and lead time is shown at checkout - depending on your zip code and item.
A:Use a Heat Press: For optimal results, we recommend using a heat press.
Pre-Press Garment: Pre-press for 5-10 seconds to eliminate moisture and wrinkles.
Optimal Pressing Temperatures: Press at 300-320°F for cotton or blends, and 260-280°F for polyester

A:It is preshrunk cotton but it will still have some shrinkage going through the dryer. We recommend air drying or drying with a lower temperature to prevent the shrinkage.
