When converting from RGB to CMYK for printing, especially in DTF (Direct to Film) printing, slight shifts in color can occur. This is because the RGB color gamut (the range of colors) is broader than CMYK, meaning certain vibrant RGB colors may not have an exact match in CMYK, leading to a duller or different color appearance in print. Colors may vary slightly when converting from RGB (screen) to CMYK (print)

A:Since it is 65% polyester yes it can be used for sublimation. However we recommend the 32-467, and 39-165, otto caps for sublimation since those have a 100% polyester front panel.

Why do printed colors look different than my screen?
Screens use RGB. Printing uses CMYK. Some colors may appear slightly different in real life — this is normal in professional printing.
What files work best?
PNG (transparent), AI, PDF, or high-res JPG.
Cleaner files = better results.
Can I embroider detailed artwork?
Embroidery works best with simple designs. Small text or complex graphics may need to be simplified — otherwise we’ll recommend Print.
Shoulder Measured straight across from one shoulder seam to the opposite shoulder seam.
Chest Measured straight across from one underarm seam to the other (pit-to-pit).
Body Length Measured vertically from the top center to the bottom edge on the back side, as the back is slightly longer.
