Q:I’m looking for a youth sized hat. Is this considered youth sized? I have previously purchased the Richardson 112, loved them. Just looking for something more for kids?

A:This is not a youth sized hat. This hat is similar to the 112 but it has a tailored fit.
Q:I am having a hard time distinguishing the colors. Some show 3 color blocks, but when you click on it, the hat doesn't show what I expected to see- the colors are off and only 2 colors, then some are showing 2 color blocks and come up as 3 in the image?

Why do printed colors look different than my screen?
Screens use RGB. Printing uses CMYK. Some colors may appear slightly different in real life — this is normal in professional printing.
What files work best?
PNG (transparent), AI, PDF, or high-res JPG.
Cleaner files = better results.
Can I embroider detailed artwork?
Embroidery works best with simple designs. Small text or complex graphics may need to be simplified — otherwise we’ll recommend Print.
Shoulder Measured straight across from one shoulder seam to the opposite shoulder seam.
Chest Measured straight across from one underarm seam to the other (pit-to-pit).
Body Length Measured vertically from the top center to the bottom edge on the back side, as the back is slightly longer.
