A:We do not recommend sublimation on these beanies. However, the solid color 100% acrylic options are great for Direct to Film (DTF), Screen Printing, HTV, and Embroidery.

A:If you are heat pressing the beanies then we recommend you test it out beforehand. We have heat applied patches on this beanie in our facility.
Q:I have ordered quite a few of these hats in an array of colors and some are 100% acrylic and some are 68% polyester/32% acrylic. On the site, they all say 100% acrylic. As a leather patch press seller, the polyester hats give much better results. All this?

Why do printed colors look different than my screen?
Screens use RGB. Printing uses CMYK. Some colors may appear slightly different in real life — this is normal in professional printing.

Can I embroider detailed artwork?
Embroidery works best with simple designs. Small text or complex graphics may need to be simplified — otherwise we’ll recommend Print.
