Q: Are the PFD white true PFD - no optics whiteners and all cotton thread?

A: We are not certain as there is no public guarantee in the available specs that it has absolutely no optical brighteners or that all threads/components are untreated in the way your requirement states.

Why do printed colors look different than my screen?

Screens use RGB. Printing uses CMYK. Some colors may appear slightly different in real life — this is normal in professional printing.

What files work best?

PNG (transparent), AI, PDF, or high-res JPG.

Can I embroider detailed artwork?

Embroidery works best with simple designs. Small text or complex graphics may need to be simplified — otherwise we’ll recommend Print.
