Material
- Design & Cut: Create your desired design on compatible software, then mirror it. Cut the design on the vinyl side (not the carrier sheet) using a cutting machine.
- Weeding: Carefully remove excess vinyl from around your design using a weeding tool. Your design should be left on the clear carrier sheet.
- Preheat: Preheat your fabric for a few seconds to eliminate moisture and wrinkles. Place the garment on a heat-resistant surface.
- Position & Press: Position your weeded design on the fabric with the carrier sheet facing up. Apply even pressure using a heat press or an iron set to the recommended temperature. For best results we recommend 15 seconds at 325.
- Transfer: Press the design onto the fabric according to the recommended time and pressure settings. Allow it to cool slightly.
- Peel: Gently peel off the carrier sheet while it's still warm. If the vinyl lifts with the carrier sheet, re-cover and press for a few more seconds.
- Cooling: Allow the design to cool completely. Once cool, the adhesive will be fully set.
- Washing: Wait at least 24 hours before washing the fabric. Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. With these straightforward instructions, you'll master the art of heat transfer using AllDayVinyl Roll and create professional-quality, personalized projects that stand the test of time.

I purchased several rolls for my son's football team shirts They came out great and the vinyl was super easy to work with My only issue was the transfer paper was not sticky which is what I am used to I used heat tape to hold the images to the shirts and it worked out fine just an added step int he process I wasn't expecting Will order again though

We do not layer the HTV.

What is the recommended temperature when using this product to 50/50 or 100% cotton?
A:
For best results we recommend 15 seconds at 325.

How long does the vinyl last?
A:
For us it lasts quite a while but it depends on how you take care of it. Wash cycles, dry cycles, and other factors play a role.

This vinyl is not sticking to my shirts The last vinyl I ordered from you worked great this batch is not working at all Any ideas why?

We are sorry to hear that. It could be due to the temperature and pressure you are applying the vinyl. Another point could be the material you are applying it too.

Does this HTV adhere to 100 polyester If so can you please tell me at what temperature pressure and for how long There wasn't any type of instructions or information that came with it I apologize for all the questions but this is our first time using this?

We recommend htv for other material contents because It will be more difficult to adhere to 100% polyester. For 100% polyester we recommend 280-320 F temperature and about 10-15 second press. You can test on a small piece of polyester to help determine th
