Specs & Sizing

The Bionic Tee is no average Joe. Featuring ActiveDry technology and a dual-poly/spandex blend, the Bionic performs feats that ordinary t-shirts only dream of; like keeping users dry by integrating next generation hydrophilic and hydrophobic fibers, or stretching for mobility, then recovering its form.

Print vs Embroidery — what’s the difference?

Print (DTF)

✔ Unlimited colors
✔ Great for photos & detailed designs
✔ Bold, vibrant graphics

Embroidery

✔ Raised stitched look
✔ Best for simple logos/text
✔ More professional & upscale feel

Quick tip:

Colorful or detailed = Print

Clean logo or branding = Embroidery

What is Expert Sizing?

We automatically size your design based on the garment and placement so it looks balanced and professional. Perfect if you’re unsure what size to choose.

Why do printed colors look different than my screen?

Screens use RGB. Printing uses CMYK. Some colors may appear slightly different in real life — this is normal in professional printing.

What files work best?

PNG (transparent), AI, PDF, or high-res JPG.

Cleaner files = better results.

Can I embroider detailed artwork?

Embroidery works best with simple designs. Small text or complex graphics may need to be simplified — otherwise we’ll recommend Print.

Do I need my own equipment?

No — we handle everything.

Small orders OK?

Yes! Order one or many
