I have ordered quite a few of these hats in an array of colors and some are 100% acrylic and some are 68% polyester/32% acrylic. On the site, they all say 100% acrylic. As a leather patch press seller, the polyester hats give much better results. All this?

Since it is 100% acrylic it would be difficult.

It is difficult because you have to be on very low temperature because of the material.

Are these beanies good for leatherette patches to be applied? Do you know which temperature settings are recommended for the fabric content this hat is made from?

If you are heat pressing the beanies then we recommend you test it out beforehand. We have heat applied patches on this beanie in our facility.

No these are better for embroidery.
