Material:
  • 4.5 oz., 100% preshrunk ringspun cotton jersey
  • Dark Heather, Heather Navy, Heather Orange, Heather Purple, Heather Royal are 65% polyester 35% cotton
  • Antique Cherry Red, Antique Heliconia, Antique Sapphire and RS Sport Grey are 90% cotton 10% polyester
Method of Print:
  • Best for: Direct to Garment (DTG), Heat Press Printing, Vinyl, and Screen Printing.
  • Recommended for: Sublimation.
  • DTG printing on a fabric blend may not be as vibrant as on 100% cotton.
  • The 65/35 blend of cotton and polyester can be used for sublimation, but it may produce a faded, vintage appearance. Usually the more polyester the better the results.

Q: Are the cotton tees made from pre-shrunk cotton, or will the tees shrink after washing?

A: They are not made with preshrunk cotton. So yes they will shrink unless you use low heat or hang dry.
