In this particular style, the Tweed is actually 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester.

These t-shirts are 100% Cotton in most of the colors, so yes, they can wrinkle a little bit. They are not super soft, however, If you are looking for a Gildan brand t-shirt with more of a softer feel, we highly suggest the Gildan Softstyle G640 and G640L.

Your question cut off what other options were you looking at? Some other practices you can take are to make sure you do not dry it in the dryer and instead hang dry so it does not shrink from the heat.

It is preshrunk cotton but it will still have some shrinkage going through the dryer. We recommend air drying or drying with a lower temperature to prevent the shrinkage.
