The product quality is great. Shipping is very quick. I did have a quality issue with one shirt in my large order and kind of got the run around trying to get it replaced which was frustrating but finally got it resolved.

A:These t-shirts have a black label, however there may be mixed inventory as they are in the middle of transitioning to a tear away label.
Q:Are Hex# 660033 (Burgundy) and Hex #CCCCCC (Gray) in these shirts available? (Hanes Beefy T) as well as in the Eco Smart Crewneck?

A:All the colors listed under the product or next to the product is what we offer. We offer a version of gray but the Hanes line does not offer burgundy. You can look at maroon or another similar color.

Can I embroider detailed artwork?
Embroidery works best with simple designs. Small text or complex graphics may need to be simplified — otherwise we’ll recommend Print.

Chest Measured straight across from one underarm seam to the other (pit-to-pit).
Body Length Measured vertically from the top center to the bottom edge on the back side, as the back is slightly longer.
