from OSFM (One Size Fits Most) to MD-LG (Medium/Large). Because inventory is currently mixed, you may receive a hat with either an
OSFM or MD-LG size label.
Please note: These are the exact same size. The physical size, fit, and
specifications of the hat have not changed. Only the size label has been updated by Richardson.

Q:When I order caps with custom embroidery, what file format of the logo do you need? I have logo that is already digitized?

Q:What is the difference in the hats for there to be a price difference? I do understand the different colors are different prices, But how do I clarifly that group a of hats are these price and groub B of hats are these prices?

A:Yes you can do heat transfer on this item. It should be slightly lower temperature compared to standard since the material is 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester.
Q:Do you carry the 112 Extra Large Trucker hat. I see on the Richardson website that there is the 112 XL and the one and a 112. Want to make sure before I order. Thanks?

Why do printed colors look different than my screen?
Screens use RGB. Printing uses CMYK. Some colors may appear slightly different in real life — this is normal in professional printing.

Can I embroider detailed artwork?
Embroidery works best with simple designs. Small text or complex graphics may need to be simplified — otherwise we’ll recommend Print.
