  • Sport Grey and Antique Heathers: 90% Soft Cotton, 10% polyester
  • Heathers: 35% Soft Cotton, 65% polyester
  • Graphite Heather 50% cotton/50% polyester
    • Method of Print:
    • Best for: Direct to Garment (DTG), Heat Press Printing, Vinyl, and Screen Printing.
    • Recommended for: Sublimation.
    • DTG printing on a fabric blend may not be as vibrant as on 100% cotton.
    • The 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester can be used for sublimation, but it may produce a faded, vintage appearance. Usually the more polyester the better the results.

    Q: I ordered a graphite heather gray ,thinking it was 65 poly 35 cotton, but when I got it it was 50/50.I thought all heater was 65/35?

    A: Graphite Heather is the only color that is 50/50. Most of all the other heather colors are 65/35 Poly/Cotton.

    A: This style does not come in a tall version. If you are looking for a super soft t-shirt in tall, I recommend a long body t-shirt like the Bella+Canvas 3006 or the Next Level 3602.

    Q: Can u sublimate on the white shirts? And what % of pol on the white shirts?

    A: The white shirts are 100% soft, ringspun cotton and we do not suggest sublimate printing. You are better off printing on 100% polyester performance shirts like the Gildan G420 and the A4 A4N3402.

    Q: Are the white shirts sublimatable? It sounds from the description that the white are 100%cotton, which you can't do sublimation on, but it says recommended for sublimation, so I'm confused?

    A: Sorry for the confusion we recommend sublimation using some of the other colors. For example the heathers that are not 100% cotton. We understand it is not going to be as vibrant but it is still able to be sublimated.
