A: It looks like the model had the wrong hat on we are fixing that now. But yes it is a plastic closure. It is a One size fits all hat.

Q: HI CAN YOU SUBLIMATE ON THIS CAP?

A: Since it is 65% polyester yes it can be used for sublimation. However we recommend the 32-467, and 39-165, otto caps for sublimation since those have a 100% polyester front panel.
